For more than 30 years, Jason has worked with some of the world's most recognized organizations, helping leaders improve decision-making, operational performance, and business outcomes. His experience includes projects and advisory work with companies such as Kawasaki, Mitsubishi, Monster Energy, Sephora, Avery Dennison, Ventura Foods, Atkins, Petronas, PXG, Polk Audio, Eaton, Hyundai, Shimano, Boise Cascade, Bell Energy, Sun Bum, Honma, Elsevier, Diageo, and many others.

Across industries ranging from manufacturing and energy to consumer products, retail, technology, publishing, and healthcare, one observation remained remarkably consistent: people perform at their highest level when their work aligns with their natural strengths, motivations, and abilities.

Alongside his professional career, Jason has spent years serving as a religious leader, mentoring youth, young adults, families, and professionals as they navigate some of life's most important decisions — including education, career direction, leadership development, and personal growth.

Today, he is a Doctoral Candidate in Learning, Leadership, and Innovation at the University of Idaho, where his research focuses on how individuals and organizations learn, adapt, and unlock human potential.
